For nearly a decade our house has been home to a week long leadership development seminar experienced by 300 senior management and front line leaders.  The key elements of leadership are imparted in an inviting environment, to bond as a group and have impactful conversations over delicious home cooked meals. 

Groups can also use the site for their own leadership meetings.  The site provides private bed/bathrooms with ample meeting space.  Our location has wifi throughout as well as gy facilities and plenty of opportunities for group activities outside.
